She also covered sports, was involved in social media, and hosted various functions. She was soon bumped into working for Fox Sports 1 as part of their News and Highlights team. Taft has covered reputed names and has reported them on the ground for FS1. She worked simultaneously as a football sideline journalist as well as the chief of college journalism with Gus Johnson. In 2018 her biggest accomplishment was when she was asked to fill in as moderator for the cult TV series Skip and Shannon Undisputed, a post that she has held to this date.
